That festive meatloaf you only see during fiestas, Christmas, or special occasions. It's cooked in an oval-shaped tin can (liyanera), packed with pork, carrots, peas, and raisins, then topped with a slice of hard-boiled egg. It's basically the more 'extra' cousin of embutido. The Lucban, Quezon version is legendary.
From Spanish 'jardinera,' which refers to a dish with a mix of garden vegetables ('a la jardinera' - garden style). This was applied to the meatloaf because of the colorful mixed vegetables inside.
