A close cousin of 'ihayhay' but more general. This is what you do with palay (rice grains) after harvest, laying them out on the road to dry (watch out, motorists!). It's also for drying daing (dried fish) under the sun. It's the act of laying something flat and open to the elements, usually to dry it out.

Often used for agricultural products like grains or fish that need to be sun-dried. Less common in urban conversation compared to 'ibilad'.
