From Tagalog 'mag-' (verb prefix) + 'anglaw' (rinse).
Synonymous with 'magbanlaw'. 'Magbanlaw' is far more common in modern spoken Tagalog. 'Mag-anglaw' might be considered slightly more formal or regional.
