This is the Pinoy version of "vibing with" something, but for your body. When a new skincare product doesn't give you breakouts, "hiyang ka." When you move to a new place and you don't get sick, "hiyang ka sa lugar." It's your body's way of giving a thumbs-up. If not, "hindi ka hiyang," and it's back to the drawing board (or the Mercury Drug).
