This is the formal or plural 'your'. You use it when talking to your boss ('Sir, ganda po ng sapatos ninyo'), your elders, or a group of friends ('Saan ang lakad ninyo?'). It's the polite version of 'inyo', and using it shows you were raised right. The less formal but very common spoken version is 'niyo'.
