This is the ultimate "sana all." It's the command or request to let someone (or something) take a break. It's what you wish your boss would tell you on a Friday afternoon. "Pagpahingahin mo muna 'yang utak mo." It's also what you do to the dough when baking, or to an engine that's overheating. It's the verb form of giving much-needed rest.
