This is the ultimate 'paki-' word. It's the polite, almost formal way of asking for a favor, a level up from the basic 'paki'. When someone starts their sentence with 'Pakisuyo...', you know they're about to ask for something important, and they're being super respectful about it. It's the 'I would be ever so grateful if you could...' of Tagalog requests.
From paki- (polite request prefix) + suyo (to ask for a favor, to court).
Often used interchangeably with 'paki-', but can sound slightly more formal or earnest. It can also stand alone as 'Please do this favor for me.'
