This is the verb form of 'yes man.' It's what your parents expect you to do when they give you advice. 'Sundin mo ang payo ko.' (Follow my advice.) It’s the opposite of *sumuway*. In a BPO setting, this is about following the script and SOPs to the letter. Not following it (hindi sundin) can get you a QA dispute.
