This is a gentler, more polite way of saying something is almost useless. It's for that meeting that could have been an email, but you can't say it was *totally* useless because your boss was there. From 'wala' (none) + 'gaanong' (so much, very) + 'saysay' (meaning, significance).
A softer, more nuanced version of 'walang-saysay' (meaningless). It implies that there might be a little bit of value, but not much.
