Describes someone who forgot to use 'po' and 'opo' when talking to their elders. It's the kid who talks back to their nanay, the person who cuts in line, or the officemate who uses your mug without asking. Basically, anyone who acts like they were raised by wolves. Tsk tsk.
Mula sa "wala" (none) at "galang" (respect).
A strong descriptor for impolite behavior. The hyphenated form is common, but 'walang galang' as two words is also used.
