This is a heavy insult. It's what you mutter under your breath about that groupmate who did absolutely nothing for the project but shows up on presentation day. Or someone who consistently brings negativity and problems without ever contributing a solution. Calling someone a **walang-kuwentang tao** is basically saying they're a human-shaped placeholder with zero value. Use with caution!
